South Darwin Junior Presentation

South Darwin Rugby Union Club held it’s annual presentation for the Junior players.

Reggie the Rabbit was on hand, as was Club Captain Steven Eardley and Sponsor Forrect Building Company Director Jack Forrest.

Well done to all and a special mention to Darren McGorm who was Under 15 best player of the year.

Sharpie Training Session with the Squad

Club Ambassador and former Wallaby Nathan Sharpe attended a South Darwin Training Session to share his expertise and advice.

He then attended a Sponsors welcome at Darwin Rydges Airport and Resort Hotel.

Rabbitohs Member’s Day

We officially launched the South Darwin Rugby Union Club Membership program by holding a sign on day at The Parap Tavern on Saturday 4 May.

For our first season, our goal is 100 Members! We want to build the biggest Membership of any sporting club in the NT. We encourage all our supporters to come down to the Parap and meet the Committee and players.

AFA South Darwin Financial Advice Workshop

As a proud sponsor of the South Darwin Rugby Union Club, Australian Financial Advisers (Darwin) are excited to be hosting a FREE workshop for all players, supporters and friends on the ‘Principles of Wealth Creation’.

This session on Wednesday 14 May from 5.00pm will be held at AFA’s office at 26 Harry Chan Avenue. The session will cover areas such as budgeting and tax, understanding debt, investing in property, how to invest in shares, risk management, retirement planning and estate planning.

Be there from 5pm, with the session no longer than one hour. Dwayne and Angelo, AFA’s senior financial planners will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
