Nathan Sharpe honoured as our Number 1 Ticket holder
The South Darwin Rugby Club committee has given careful consideration in launching the Number 1 ticket-holder concept.
With the recent release of the Club’s Membership program, the Club has now implemented a program aimed at converting our supporters into fully fledged financial Members. We want to build the biggest Membership in the Northern Territory.
The Committee have decided the following criteria are to be considered in selecting our Number 1 Ticket holder including:
1. Contribution to the Club
2. Passion for the club
3. Their achievement and/or recognition in their own career or profession within the community
On this basis, we are pleased to advise for the 2014 season our Number 1 ticket holder is Nathan Sharpe.
Nathan Sharpe is a former Wallaby and Test Captain, he has been involved with South Darwin as our Club Ambassador and continues to give up his time to visit Darwin and coach our players. In addition he provides much support for the Club through his profile and connection within the rugby and media networks.
